**Should human rights be enforced by law or optional?

Lately,there is a discussion about if is necessary the law to force the people to respect the human rights,and there are different view of this topic,some of them support the issue and some of them go against this.

On the one hand,the argument for this law enforced,is that in this way all the people have the same treatment in front of the law,and this means that corruption will be nearly impossible,consequently,all the people who want's to attack of any variant way the human rights,thinks in it ten times before do it.Therefore,these temptates decrease very much.Other reason relationed whit this,is that mentally ill persons or persons with very bad intentions from natural,cannot save themselves easily,rather they cannot save.

On the other hand,the argument against this law enforced,is that in some cases,the "life" put people in danger situations,and this is way sometimes good people are forced to do something against the human rights law,for save themselves or somebody.If it happens,who has committed an offense against this law,should be apologize of their acts,and with this law enforced,it's impossible.

So,I would say that there are much reasons for enforced this law,than against enforced it,and I think that it is a complicate decision to get,however I believe it's better if this is optional.

*REVIEW:

The US Marine corps has developed a new product for the flourishing "non-lethal weapons market".The "direct energy"devide directs electromagnetic energy so that it heats but doesn't burn humans skin.The weapon is capable
of heating human skin to 54ºc in two seconds;you start to feel pain at 45ºc,so that hurts.The "gun" is effective at 685 m.In conclusion this weapon
causes pain but doesn't burn the skin,and so doesn't leave a marck:this sounds like rather a useful torture instrumen that the US Marines have developed.But I think they'd never thougt of that.Anyway,this progress probably be able to reduce the number of deaths from firearms...but it's not the guns that kill,it's the people.

*PERSONAL OPINION:

Well,the first think that I had after reading this news,is that the principal mundial power,USA,should spend its resources in researchs channeled in others sectors or things,like how decrease the production of waste toxic with the planet,and how we can increase the level of life of the 90% of the pople,who lives in very poor countries,and do these two things, which seem incompatible, at the same time.
Moreover,living aside this,I believe that those weapons will used most by soldiers,or members of the Marine Corps,and that they will used them for end up importants problems whith terrorists,who are persons very convinced of their cause, leading to the death for them,and this weapons don't kill,only caused pain...for this I think that these arms will not decrease the deaths from firearms in a significativity way.
Respect to those reported by the author of the news,about this development oriented to a way of torture,I think that it's possible, if not almost certain,because I can't believe other reason that maybe they can have to do this things.
In conclusion I am desagree whit this project,and negative with the future results of it,for all that I have explained and because I believe that man isn't "good" by nature,otherwise is destructive.

**Summary of the new:

Picasso said that the aim of his life was to see like a child.The life goal of one Israeli computer's company is to think like a child:Artificial Intelligence Enterprises believe that their computer can already think like a 15 month-old baby.The computer,called "Hal",is programed to learn like a baby rather than being pre-programed with grammar rules.Hal has a series of learning algorithms that "he" appies to children's stones which are read to him and things that are said to him by a "carer".Hal's algorithms are them modificed according to the sucess of his learning.His creators believe that they can enable Hal to understand complex lenguage,for example distinguishing meaning in sentences like "the cock crows at dawn" and "the crows cock their hands".If Hal's linguistic abilities reach a point where he is fluent in English he will revolutionise computing.Hal is currently learning English but the process for any language would be the same.

**Personal opinion:
I think that this progress in computing isn't very important for us,rather it isn't as important as others progress which our society has conducted,for example the new ways of communications,fasters and more effective.
Well,I think that this advance isn't so useful,because it only can revolutionise computing,and consecuently the life of people with this type of computer,very rich people,and only for evidence any intelligence of computers,quickening the learning process of them,but not the learning of persons:a person don't talk better or understand better or do nothing better thanks to this.
Notwithstandind,this development suppose a strong change in robotics investigations,because it demostrates the possibility to creates an intelligente machine,not the default intelligence,unless the capacity to learn,in better wards,the capacity to live.
With this opinion,I don't want to influence anybody,because it's my personal think,even that in the last paragraph I have tempt to be objective.

I suppose that you are fine...bu the trurh is that we have a problem.In fact,this is the reason which I am writing you a letter,but you don`t see this problem,for the same reason of the problem.In the last letter which I have recive from you,you seemed to me very normal and I think that I am the only who have this concern,but anyway I really hope in our friedship.

I tought that when you finish this letter,maybe you can understand me better and for this reason I want to be clear and true:the problem is your egoism,and your bad personality,nut it isn't all;also you even undermines my intentions and criticize myself,and I believe that this is because you are a very insecure person.

If you want,I can help you and you can have the same confidence with me without bad intentions.I know that you are a good person but your insecurity will destroy yourself.

That is all I want to say,because I prefer to wait your answer and then we could decide what to do for re-establish our mutual confidence.

**I have do the review and the opinion of this new wich I have found in a book of the english class room.

**REVIEW:
New technology help to people to has the possibility to do their jobs without going to work.According to the answer from Britain people,the people want to work from home:24% of workering men and 16% of working women in
Britain already work from home,and another 38% of men would like to do the same,while a third*like to go at "the work".
But,why they want to work from home?Maybe for stay with their childrens?Well,it isn't for this:only 5% of people hopes to work from home for stay with their childrens,thet want this because they considered that they could work more effectively and better without the distraccions of the office.

**Personal Opinion:
Now I want to write my opinion about this new,with the according and desaccording points.
Well,I think that this "help" from new technology is so good and creates news changes to work for deseable people,or pregnants womens that cannot go at work for do their jobs.
Also I believe that this technology,like all in the world,already has "bad points":for example,if anymore more people wants to work from home,anymore more people don't move from home(logically),being more lazy,and getting used to don't have any active way to life,with the consequences of be unhappy and nervous.
About the childrens issue,I think that is normal that people wouldn't like to stay with their childrens the time that they has to do in work,because they live with the childrens and is impossible to be pacient the 24 hours of the day.

I have a problem to dowland the video of the presentation and the podcast!!!!

The Racism from my point of view.

Well,my concept of racism is the sensation of hate or repungnance that feel a person to another ,only for the culture,gender,colour of skin of other stupid things.I think that a person began to be racist for influence to her society or family,and the society or family are racist for afraid to feel inferior to someone else.The thing that I don't understand is the cause of this fear.I think that all begin in the mentality of monotheistic religions, cultures which only accept one God and even killed in the name of god, calling other thoughts not only as inferior, but as offensive.This is a position very egoist and unfair,but this is our world...
Then exist people that believed to be very clever and free, but if they look inside, they can see that all their prejudices have no logic, but by bad luck these people almost never make this argument, it's the reverse: every time they convince more of their own stupidity.In conclusion I believes and want to believed which a restraint to move forward in time, people will increasingly be less racist, since our young people grow up with people from many cultures, and begin to see the racism as stupid thing, just like me.

FILOMENA Y PROGNE :OVIDIO

Here I will explain story told by Ovidio in his book "Metamorfosis".
In this story,he tells the story of Filomena and her sister:Progne.
One day Progne marries Tereo,a man that seems a good persons,and who know the father of the sisters.Progne go to life with her husband,but always misses her sister,and one day Tereo decide to went to carry his wife's sister:Filomena, and and bring her to his palace where he is the king and Progne the queen.But when Tereo see Filomena,he feel a strong sexual attraction to her and when they arrives at land,he take Filomena and carry her to a house which he has in the forest,where he abuse her again and again,cutting off his tongue so he can not say anything to anyone, and locked she in the house, guarded by his slaves.Then Tereo tell to Progne that her sister is dead,and Progne makes offerings and pray without knowing falsehood.
One day the poor sister has an idea:she crochet a loom explaining what happened and sends a slave to the palace to give the loom to his sister.When Progne discovered the calumnity of her husband,she going to find her sister and brought her to the palace to plotting revenge.Between the two sister,find a very strong revenge:Progne kills her son, and cook he for Tereo, who,when had finish the banquet, asked for his son.At the moment Filomena appears,and Progne tell to Tereo that he has his son in the stomach,pulling the bloodied head of the child.Finally the two sisters are transformed in birds and Tereus in another bird that persues the sisters for the sky.

After the third mundial war,a man take the control of all the world,convincing the humans that all the feelings are bad,because the world cannot support other war,and the wars begins with feelings:hate,disdain,...Naturally he convinced the people od this with the help of a drug that numbs theyre minds(after a long brainwashing).
In this way,all the world are submiss,and behaves as a mechanical unit.The people who are responsible for killing off any show of feelings are the Clerigs,but one day,the most important clerig began to feel,because her daily dose is accidentally destroyed,and he remember her wife,who was burned by his own team, accused to feel.
From that day, he stops to taking his dose, and begins to join the resistance, people who prefer death to stop feeling.The resistance wants to kill the "father"(the man which control the world) with the help of the clerig,and when he almost achieves,the "father" realizes that and says he knew of his plan, but did nothing to stop it since he had made please submit those people.Here seems that the film ends,but not:the clerig become crazy and without any feeling,and in a few minuts kill every person that stands to protect the father,and finally kill the father,freeing in this way the world from mental slavery;He has been the salvation..or the cause of the destruction of the earth, as the war begins again!

SHOULD HUMAN RIGHTS BE ENFORCED BY LAW OR OPTIONAL?

Sometimes a person in forced to do something against the human rights to save his life.And for this he cannot be punished because it's not fair.If the law is optional,the person can apologize.
If the laws are optional,some people mentally ill,can do very bad thing and then pay a lot the lawyer to be saved to go to prision,so a crazy person can be apologize by the judge,and he can do all the bad things that he wants to do.

Now I want to describes my friend Sara,beggining for her psychological characteristics,and ending for her physical description.Sara is a very pacient and calm girl,but he isn't coward for nothing,the contrast :she has a strong character and knows when to it!!!It's a good girl who gives everything for his loved ones,and a very good friend.The truth is that she always calms me and makes me more responsible, but she's also very lazy, like me,and a little bihead but a lovely person!!physically,she is very beautiful;She has a very long brilliant black hair,and a face with delicate features, with very pretty green eyes.Also she has a very good body and a normal height ,in conclusion she is always beautiful, even asleep!
